Every medical letter issued by Merlin Health includes a unique QR code at the bottom of the page. When scanned, it directs you to a secure verification page on our website confirming that the document was issued by one of our UK GMC-registered doctors.

How verification works

  • Scan the QR code on the medical letter using your smartphone or tablet.
  • You’ll be redirected to a private, encrypted webpage confirming the letter’s verification details.
  • This confirms that the document is authentic, valid, and digitally signed by Merlin Health.
